Welcome to IberLingua Grove. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, including private language tutoring, group conversational classes, exam preparation (DELE, SIELE), corporate language training, online and in-person lessons, and cultural immersion workshops. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

IberLingua Grove provides a variety of Spanish language education and tutoring services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Private language tutoring (one-on-one sessions).
• Group conversational classes.
• Exam preparation for DELE and SIELE certifications.
• Corporate language training programs.
• Both online and in-person lesson formats.
• Cultural immersion workshops.

2. User Obligations

As a user of our site and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making inquiries.

3. Payments and Fees

All services provided by IberLingua Grove are subject to fees. Details regarding specific pricing for courses, tutoring packages, and workshops will be communicated prior to booking.

• Payment is typically required in advance for services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
• IberLingua Grove reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, though existing bookings will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Specific terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for private lessons, group classes, and workshops are as follows:

• Private Lessons: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of private lessons to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Group Classes: Fees for group classes are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of IberLingua Grove, a partial refund or credit may be offered.
• Workshops: Refunds for workshops may be granted if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will generally not be refunded, though a credit for future services may be offered at our discretion.
• Teacher Absence: In the event a teacher is unavailable, IberLingua Grove will endeavor to provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the lesson at no additional cost. If neither is possible, a full refund for the affected session will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by IberLingua Grove, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, online content, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of IberLingua Grove or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal educational purposes related to the services you have purchased. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

IberLingua Grove does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IberLingua Grove, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.

9. Changes to These Terms

IberLingua Grove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
